Why We Became
“We aim to help clients regain the confidence and skills to find themselves again”.
"I set up Jo Mount and Associates Ltd in 2017 as I wanted to use my passion and drive to support individuals affected by brain injury, to find creative solutions outside of the box, to be ambitious for my clients.

I also wanted to create a secure environment for neuro occupational therapists to learn, grow and develop. My experience has enabled me to recognise the importance of peer support and the sharing of skills. You can't be an expert at everything!
I've worked for a range of organisations, both in the NHS and the private sector, so know what works (and what doesn't!). I love being surrounded by a highly-skilled team of professionals all under one roof, who can share best practice, keep up to date with new innovations in the industry and provide a wide variety of experience and knowledge, all for the benefit of our clients.

I hand pick our OTs and then personally match them to our clients, helping to nurture their relationships with the client and the wider team. That way, I ensure our high standards are always met and the client is supported every step of the way.

Meet the Team
Jo Mount & Associates is a passionate and dynamic team who share the same values,
going above and beyond to truly understand and meet the needs of each and every client.
​
​We have 60+ years' combined wide-ranging neuro occupational therapy experience, delivering specialist brain injury rehabilitation across the south of England. We are particularly skilled in vocational rehabilitation, housing & adaptations, specialist wheelchair & vehicle provision, cognitive rehabilitation, challenging behaviours, fatigue management and neuro splinting, to name but a few!
Our specialist neuro OTs are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC),
are members of Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) and have enhanced DBS clearance.
We also ensure they keep up to date with their mandatory training and keep abreast of changes in the industry, through regular CPD and networking.
